Democracy : Opportunity to Develop Leadership Skills


The Indian Youth Parliament is a unique platform created to foster dialogue and generate partnerships between exceptional youth from private sector, civil society and government. It acts as bridge to fill the gap between government and society. Many youth leaders and social activists will join Indian Youth Parliament to facilitate youth with adequate opportunity to develop leadership skills and direct them to benefit the humanity.


IYP aims at creating a common and approachable platform for the Young Student Leaders to come and share the opinions. It works to facilitate interaction with eminent leaders belonging to different sectors. It looks forward to develop sensitivity among the participants to think on regional, national and global issues. It focuses on the areas, which need immediate attention, followed by actions to take place. It creates solidarity and a sense of togetherness, amongst the participants for future cooperation, so that the working spirit could be enhanced. IYP works towards fostering brotherhood and mutual understanding amongst distinct sectors. It inculcates democratic outlook altogether! It aims at initiating a process to attain equality and social harmony.


Is a platform, where youth from all ideologies share their opinions It works as an awakening dialog in Rajasthan to evolve future young brains. It seeks to transform the outlook of young minds for their involvement and access in social and rational causes. It helps to nurture the dreams and aspirations of young and resurgent faces of the state, for strengthening the foundation of youth as a whole. It imparts pragmatic training to prepare the youth for making the Political and Social scenario better. It encourages the youth to serve the society by entering into public life and assuming vivid roles accordingly. IYP conducts a very unique and nationally significant 1-day annual Youth Assembly in first quarter of year and Indian Youth Parliament for 3 days, on 15th to 17th September every year, on the occasion of World Democracy Day. We are a team of 150, aggressively working towards the implementation of such practices which helps the nation to grow towards positive direction.
